Dr. Carmichael is an Electrodiagnostic physician. He studied nerve testing at Mayo Clinic and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from 1996 to 2000. He graduated from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 1996. He has practiced in central Illinois since 2000.
